数字化时代背景下企业管理类人才的社会适应力画像研究
A study on the portrait of social adaptability of enterprise management talents in the background of digital age

Abstract
Under the backdrop of the new era,China's economic growth has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development,and the traditional management positions in companies are facing higher requirements.The research aims to explore the social adaptability characteristics of enterprise management talents through questionnaire design,and to use the capability index system as a standard to measure the social adaptability of enterprise management talents.Based on the data after dimensionality reduction,the K-means++algorithm is used to create a profile of social adaptability characteristics.The research concludes the following.First,through principal component analysis,three factors of social adaptability for enterprise management talents are identified:psychological adaptability,environmental adaptability,and future adaptability,totaling 21 factors.Secondly,through cluster analysis,enterprise management talents are divided into four groups:high environmental adaptability and low future planning group,low social adaptability group,high social adaptability group,and low psychological quality and high future planning group.Then,visualization methods are used to present the adaptability characteristic portraits of the four types of talents.Social adaptability strategies are constructed from the aspects of talent cultivation,career planning,and education and training.This study helps enterprises establish a scientific and perfect digital talent system in the digital transformation,and provides important talent support for regional industrial transformation and economic and social development.关键词
