突发自然灾害事件政府应急话语策略及其形象构建:话语—历史分析视角
A Discourse-Historical Analysis of Government Emergency Discourse Strategies and Image Construction in Sudden Natural Disaster Events

Abstract
In sudden disasters,effective discourse strategies play an integral role in information dissemination,a-genda setting,public opinion guidance,and image construction.This study,from the perspective of discourse-his-torical analysis,uses the discourse practices of Guangdong provincial and municipal governments in response to ty-phoons"Sula"and"Sea Anemone"as an example.Using AntConc software,it analyzes the discourse strategies and image construction of local governments in sudden natural disaster events based on keywords,high-frequency words,and fixed collocations.The analysis reveals that local governments employ nomination strategies to establish themselves as authoritative entities in information dissemination and emergency actions,and to construct an image of a community sharing a common destiny with the people.They use predication strategies and positive predicates to construct an image of a proactive and efficient government.Intensification strategies are used to build an image of a government with strong execution capabilities.Argumentation strategies are employed to create an image of an open and transparent government.The production and practice of emergency discourse in sudden events is a specif-ic contextualization of China's emergency response system,mechanisms,and principles.关键词
