Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium sulfate on postoperative recovery quality of elderly patients un-dergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into the magnesium sulfate group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in magnesium sulfate group received 30 mg/Kg magnesium sulfate before induction of anesthesia by i.v.,and after 15 minutes of infusion,magnesium 10 mg,(Kg·h)magnesium sulfate fol-lowed.Both groups received general anesthesia combined with intravenous inhalation and postoperative analgesia.The QoR-15 and VAS scale were administered by an investigator 24 hours before the surgery(T0),24 hours and 48 hours after the surgery(T1 and T2).The use of analgesics within 48 hours after the surgery,the time from the end of the surgery to extubation,inci-dence of intraoperative hypotension and bradycardia were recorded.Adverse reactions related to magnesium sulfate were recor-ded.Results Compared with control group,the total score of QoR-15 scale in the magnesium sulfate group at T1 was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of physical comfort,emotional status,and pain were higher in the magnesium sulfate group than those in the control group.The VAS score the magnesium sulfate of group at T1 was lower than that of the control group.The amount of sufentanil in the magnesium sulfate group was less than that in the control group.There were no significant differences in extubation time,intraoperative hypotension and bradycardia between the two groups.No adverse reactions related to magnesium sulfate were observed.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can improve the quality of early postoperative subjective quali-ty of recovery,improve postoperative analgesia,enhance postoperative subjective comfort of patients,and no magnesium sulfate related adverse reactions such as prolonged tracheal extubation are observed.关键词
