超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞与腰硬联合麻醉合用对老年患者髋关节置换术的麻醉效果
Analysis of the anesthetic effect of ultrasound-guided iliofascial block and lumbo-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement

Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the anesthetic effects of ultrasound-guided iliofascial block combined with lumbo-epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip replacement,and to select reasonable anesthesia methods for hip replace-ment.Methods Fifty-seven elderly patients undergoing hip replacement were selected and divided into group A(lumboepidural anesthesia group)with 33 cases and group B(iliofascial block+lumboepidural anesthesia)with 24 cases according to the anes-thesia method.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,infusion volume,pain score,analgesic drug use and postoperative complications were analyzed.SPSS 27.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results There was no significant difference in opera-tion time,intraoperative blood loss,infusion volume and preoperative pain scores between the two groups.However,the pain scores of group B at2 h,12 h and24 h after the surgery were significantly lower than those of group A(P＜0.001).The use of sufentanil 24 hours after the surgery in group B was significantly less than that in group A,and the number of times of pressing the analgesic pump was less(P＜0.001).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided iliofascial block combined with lumboepidural anes-thesia is superior to lumbar epidural anesthesia.It can not only reduce pain score,reduce opioid consumption,but also not in-crease postoperative adverse reactions,and obtain higher satisfaction of patients,which has good clinical application value.关键词
