摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of CD59 gene in placental tissues of severe preeclampsia and normal pla-cental tissues.Methods Forty-six pregnant women who gave birth in hospital were selected as the study objects,of which 23 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia were in the severe preeclampsia group and 23 pregnant women with normal late preg-nancy were in the control group.The expression level of CD59 protein in the placenta was detected by fluorescent real-time quan-titative PCR technology(RT-qPCR).Result The expression level of CD59 gene in the severe preeclampsia group was signifi-cantly lower than that in the normal late pregnancy group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The markedly decreasing expression of CD59 gene in the placenta tissue of severe preeclampsia indicates that the expression of CD59 gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of severe preeclampsia.关键词
