海洋黏土-钢管桩界面剪切特性环剪试验研究
Experimental study of shear behavior of interface between marine clay and steel pipe piles based on ring shear test

Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to study the shear behavior,peak shear strength,and residual shear strength of the interface between marine clay and steel pipe piles under different normal pressure conditions,investigate the variation law and influence factors of the shear behavior of the interface between clay and steel,and analyze the influence of dynamic piling on soil resistance.[Methods]A pre-machined ring steel plate was placed into the shear box to simulate the interface between marine clay and steel pipe piles.Then,DTA-138 type geotechnical ring shear apparatus was used to conduct ring shear tests on the interface between marine clay ring samples with moisture contents of 26.87%and 30.7%and the ring steel plate in two groups,and the normal stress applied in the tests were 100,200,and 300 kPa,and the shear rate was 1 mm/min.During the tests,the shear stress and shear displacement were recorded,and the shear behavior of the interface under different normal stresses was analyzed.[Findings]For the clay samples with different moisture contents,the shear stress increases rapidly to the peak shear strength of the interface with the increasing shear displacement.With a further increase in the shear displacement,the shear stress decreases from the peak shear strength and then fluctuates around the residual shear strength of the interface,which is about 73.9%(on average)of the peak shear strength.In addition,both the peak and residual shear strength of the interface increases linearly with the increasing normal stress.Moreover,the increase in the moisture content of the clay samples leads to a reduction in the peak(residual)shear strength and the friction angle of the interface between clay and steel,with the friction angle narrowed by 11.2%on average.[Conclusions]The shear behavior of the interface between marine clay and steel pipe piles is affected by various factors.The shear strength increases linearly with the increase in normal stress,conforming to the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion;the shear strength and external friction angle decrease with the increase in moisture content.关键词
