Abstract
At present,China's community-based home care service generally presents the structural problem of"high demand-low supply".Social en-terprises have become an important main body for solving the problem of community-based home care service supply by virtue of their own significant ad-vantages in terms of service capability,mission value and operation means.Based on the existing research on embeddedness theory,we have construc-ted an analytical framework for the embedment of social enterprises in community-based home care services,and explained why social enterprises are embedded in four dimensions:relationship embedment,institutional embedment,capacity embedment,and resource embedment.At present,China's social enterprises are still in the exploratory stage,and the many defects in themselves and the external support environment make them face the dilem-ma of relationship dis-embedding due to the multiple imbalances in the social relationship network,the dilemma of institutional dis-embedding due to the lack of regulation and mission drift,the dilemma of capacity dis-embedding due to the lack of market operation ability and the limited level of serv-ice,and the dilemma of resource dis-embedding due to the restriction of the access to diversified resources in the process of embedded in-home elderly care service,which severely limit the services that social enterprises should provide.These dilemmas have seriously limited the service effectiveness of social enterprises,and it is urgent to adjust the embeddedness of social enterprises.In view of these dis-embedding dilemmas,social enterprises should adhere to the adaptive re-embedding path of relationship re-embedding,system re-embedding,capacity re-embedding,and resource re-embedding,and start from reshaping the social relationship network,perfecting the regulation and supervision system,improving the capacity of market operation and professional services,and integrating and optimizing the allocation of resources in order to achieve successful re-embedding of community-based home care services for the elderly.关键词
