摘要

Abstract

As a grain crop rich in nutrients and bioactive components,quinoa has attracted extensive attention in recent years due to its diverse variety resources and abundant development and utilization value.In order to promote the sustainable development of the quinoa industry,comprehensively understand its characteristics and application value,and to enhance the public's awareness and utilization level of quinoa,this paper systematically reviews the previous research results and combined with the latest research trends to provide an in-depth overview of the botanical characteristics and physiological features of quinoa,as well as its resource distribution and suitable environment in the world.At the same time,the application of quinoa in edible,feed,medicine,cosmetic,urban greening and ornamental fields is reviewed,which aims to provide a useful reference for the breeding and product development of new quinoa varieties.
