基于SWOT分析的重庆健康科普资源库建设策略与成效探究
Construction strategy and effectiveness of Chongqing Health Popular Science Resource Database based on SWOT analysis

Abstract
This study systematically explores the construction strategy,implementation process,and effectiveness of the Chongqing Health Popular Science Resource and Expert Database Digital Platform(hereafter "Chongqing Health Popular Science Resource Database")using SWOT analysis.The research demonstrates that through co-construction/sharing plat-form development,integration of expert and resource databases,digital/intelligent upgrades,industries-universities-research institutes integration,and multi-stakeholder collaboration,the database successfully achieved resource sharing and coordina-tion across Chongqing,ensured scientific rigor and authority of content,and significantly enhanced the efficiency and cover-age of health popular science.By the study's conclusion,the database had engaged 490 experts and over 280 institutions citywide,curated more than 1,500 health popular science works,and accumulated over 150,000 views and downloads.To further advance the sustainable development of the resource database,recommendations include optimizing dissemination mechanisms,introducing performance evaluation systems to incentivize high-quality content production,and strengthening collaborations with advanced IT companies to promote intelligent capabilities.This study provides actionable insights for other regions conducting health popular science and developing health popular science resource databases and supports the implementation of the Healthy China initiative.关键词
