Abstract
Higher education faces unprecedented changes and challenges under new historical condi-tions.Colleges and universities must stay true to their origins,embrace the future,carry forward the past,open up the future,and embark on high-quality development in the new era.As a regional institu-tion,Hebei Agricultural University is dedicated to comprehensively deepening reforms and advancing the construction of"double first-class"colleges and universities and distinctive high-level colleges and universities in a coordinated way.Based on an understanding and assessment of the new situations and challenges in the current reform of higher education,as well as a comprehensive consideration of the lat-est research achievements in the field of agricultural higher education,and based on the case analysis of Hebei Agricultural University,this study deeply discusses the strategic conception and implementation path selection of high-quality development of local agricultural colleges and universities during the"15th Five-Year Plan".关键词
