Abstract
Developing new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement and essential for promoting high quality development.Higher education is closely related to the development of new quality produc-tivity and can encourage the integration of discipline chain,talent chain,innovation chain,and industrial chain,and has a leading and supporting role in talent training,scientific and technological innovation,and industrial transformation,and has an irreplaceable strategic role in the development of new quality productivity and innovation system construction.Clarifying the internal logic between higher education and the development of new quality productivity not only gives full play to the key role of the central position of higher education talent training,the source of scientific and technological innovation,and the incubator of industrial transformation but also promote the systemic reform of higher education with new quality productivity.It is necessary to clarify the goal and purpose of higher education to empower the development of new quality productivity,coordinate and promote the cultivation of top-notch tal-ents,scientific and technological self-reliance,and in-depth industrial transformation,promote a new leap in the level of productivity,and promote high quality development with the development of new quality productivity.关键词
