现代农牧产业领军人才自主培养体系构筑与实践
Construction and Practice of an Independent Cultivation System for Leading Talents in the Modern Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry

Abstract
The pace of modernization in China's agriculture and animal husbandry industry is accelera-ting,and it requires a large number of leading talents.However,the existing professional degree gradu-ate training system does not align well with the needs of the industry and struggles to support the culti-vation of such talents in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry.In the construction of new agri-cultural science,agricultural colleges and universities should innovate the concept of education,deepen the collaborative education mechanism,reconstruct the talent cultivation plan,optimize the organization-al management mode,improve the quality assurance system,and reform the assessment and evaluation methods to build a new cultivation system.After four years of exploration and practice,Huazhong Agri-cultural University has successfully established a new cultivation system for leading talents in the mod-em agriculture and animal husbandry industry.This system,known as"three-round all-personnel educa-tion,five-sphere integrated education,and double integration and double collaboration,"has significant-ly enhanced the quality of talent cultivation and enriched the approaches and methods for developing new agricultural disciplines.关键词
