呼吸道局部给药的方法和装置的现状及其进展
Current status and progress of methods and devices for local drug delivery of respiratory tract

Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of respiratory diseases in China has increased,and the popularity rate of nebulization in primary medical institutions and family nebulization treatment has increased significantly.Local drug delivery of respiratory tract has become an important means to treat respiratory system diseases.Local drug delivery of respiratory tract refers to the drug atom-ized into aerosol by a special drug delivery device,and exerts local or systemic therapeutic effects through inhalation of the patient's respiratory tract.Compared with systemic drug delivery,it has the advantages of rapid onset,targeted drug delivery,small side ef-fects,avoidance of liver first-pass effect and higher bioavailability.It is a promising drug delivery method.In recent years,it has be-come a hot research direction.Based on the literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper reviewed the status and prog-ress of drug delivery and physiological defense of the respiratory tract,the structural features of the methods and devices of local drug delivery of the respiratory tract,and the basic principle of nebulization technique used.The devices used for local drug deliv-ery of respiratory tract included pressurized metered-dose inhalers,dry powder inhalers,nebulizer device and soft mist inhalers,which provided a stable and efficient nebulization method for local drug delivery of respiratory tract.The ideal inhalation device should deliver the drug directly to the specific area of the lung in an accurate and consistent dose,ensure the stability of the drug,and have the characteristics of small size,simple structure,easy to use and low cost.In this paper,the current situation and prog-ress of the methods and devices of local respiratory tract drug delivery are reviewed,which can provide reference for the future de-velopment of inhalation devices and reasonable selection of inhalation devices for clinical workers.关键词
