The Multiple Interactions of High-quality Population Development and Modernization of National Governance

Abstract
In the grand journey of Chinese path to modernization,high-quality population development and the modernization of national governance ex-hibit a dialectical relationship of mutual constitution,mutual constraint,and dynamic equilibrium.As the cornerstone of national strength and social progress,high-quality population development provides core driving forces for enhancing national governance efficacy by improving population quality,optimizing population structure,and guiding rational population distribution.Conversely,the modernization of national governance constructs a strategic support framework for high-quality population development through institutional support,resource allocation,and safeguard systems.Facing epochal propositions such as the dynamic transformation of population structure,the deepening of whole-process people's democracy,and the enhancement of governance system inclusivity,national governance strategies must continuously innovate through dynamic adaptation to achieve a virtuous interaction of synergistic evolution between the two.A profound analysis of this interactive logic not only reveals the coupling mechanism between them but also pro-vides new interpretive dimensions for the theoretical construction and practical exploration of Chinese path to modernization.关键词
