An Analysis of the Impact Mechanisms and Implementation Strategies for Embodied Intelligence-driven Institutional Innovation in Pilot Free Trade Zone

Abstract
Embodied intelligence,as an integrated carrier of artificial intelligence,serves as the technological driver for institutional innovation in pilot free trade zones(FTZ),and is driving to restructure the global industrial chain and economic governance system.This paper integrates dual perspectives of technological evolution and institutional innovation to construct a"technology-driven and institution-responsive"dynamic model,systematically decon-structing the mechanism through which embodied intelligence influences the development of FTZ.The study reveals that embodied intelligence dynamically couples with the institutional openness of FTZ through three pathways to empower the cultivation of new quality productive forces and the construction of a high-level open system:the industrial structure reconstruction,the optimization of factor allocation,and the governance model innovation.Considering that the synergistic effectiveness of embodied intelligence and free trade zones is constrained by the technological adaptability,institutional lag,and indus-trial coordination,this study proposes measures including:establishing a collaborative experimental field for technology and institutions in free trade zones,advancing innovations in data governance and security regulation,and systematically reconstructing the industrial upgrading support system.The aim is to provide theoretical foundations and empirical insights for institutional innovation in free trade zones amid the intelligent technology revolution.关键词
