Patient Capital Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization:System Architecture and Path

Abstract
Patient capital represents a significant innovation in the financial theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,while comprehensive rural revitalization serves as a strategic support for achieving common prosperity.This study constructs a three-tier logical framework for the role of patient capital in promoting comprehensive rural revitalization:the essential characteristics of patient capital form the foundational logic;the adaptability to changing demands forms the functional logic;and the drive towards common prosperity forms the value logic.Patient capital supports the sustainable development of rural industries,the cultivation and introduction of rural talent,the modernization of rural governance systems,the preservation and in-novation of rural culture,and the advancement of rural ecological civilization,thereby comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural industries,talent,organizations,culture,and ecology.However,the process of utilizing patient capital for rural revitalization faces multiple challenges,such as inadequate organizational capabilities,imperfect financing structures,and sub-optimal investment environments.To address these challenges,it is nec-essary to enhance the organizational capacity and financial literacy of rural residents,improve the financing structure and credit system,optimize the ru-ral investment environment to facilitate capital circulation,and establish a policy support system that is conducive to the development of patient capital in rural areas.关键词
