社会支持在女性原发性骨质疏松症患者健康素养与健康促进行为间的中介作用
Mediating role of social support between health literacy and health promotion behavior in female pa-tients with primary osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the mediating role of social support between health literacy and health promotion be-havior in female patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 246 female patients with primary osteoporosis in a grade A tertiary general hospital in Lishui City.The general information question-naire,eHealth Literacy Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ were used to investi-gate.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the pairwise relationships among health literacy,social support,and health promotion behaviors,Amos 24.0 was used to construct the mediating effect model of social support between health literacy and health promotion behavior,and Bootstrap method was used to test its mediating effect.Results The total score of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱof female patients with primary osteoporosis was 113.52±13.67.There was a posi-tive correlation between health promotion behavior and health literacy(r=0.319,P<0.05),and a positive correlation be-tween health promotion behavior and social support(r=0.315,P<0.05).The direct effect value of health literacy on health promotion behavior was 0.470(95%CI:0.310～0.602),accounting for 69.32%of the total effect.The mediating effect value of social support between health literacy and health promotion behavior was 0.208(95%CI:0.132～0.311),ac-counting for 30.68%of the total effect.Conclusion The health promotion behavior of female patients with primary osteo-porosis still need to be improved,the health literacy plays a direct predictive role in health promotion behavior,and can also influence health promotion behavior through the partial mediating effect of social support.关键词
