海水酸化对褐牙鲆存活、生长及生化成分的影响
Effects of seawater acidification on the survival,growth and biochemical composition of Paralichthys olivaceus

Abstract
In order to understand the effects of seawater acidification on the survival,growth and biochemical composition of Paralichthys olivaceus,P.olivaceus samples with the body weight of(2.16±0.34)g were used as experimental subjects,and the pH was lowered by charging CO2 into seawater to realize the setup of four acidification treatment groups(pH 7.90,pH 7.70,pH 7.50,and pH 7.30).And normal seawater was used as the control group(pH 8.10).The experiment period was 49 d.The survival rate,body weight growth rate,specific growth rate,feeding rate,food conversion efficiency and biochemical composition of P.olivaceus were determined.The results showed that seawater acidification affected the survival rate,growth rate of body weight,specific growth rate,feeding rate,food conversion efficiency and biochemical composition of P.olivaceus.At the end of the experiment,the survival rates of P.olivaceus in pH 7.50 and pH 7.30 groups were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The growth rate of body weight,specific growth rate,food conversion efficiency,crude fat and crude protein content of P.olivaceus decreased with the decreasing pH,while feeding rate first increased and then decreased with the decreasing pH,and ash content increased with the decreasing pH.The study showed that low pH seawater conditions(pH 7.30-pH 7.50)adversely affected the survival,growth and biochemical composition of P.olivaceus.The results can provide important references for the scientific conservation of P.olivaceus resources under the condition of seawater acidification.关键词
