基于Ecopath的崇明岛周边水域生态系统结构和特征的年际变化
Interannual variations of the ecosystem structure and characteristics of Chongming Island adjacent waters based on Ecopath

Abstract
Based on the comprehensive fishery survey in the Chongming Island adjacent waters in 2011-2020,Ecopath software was used to build ecosystem models for two periods:2011-2015 and 2016-2020,and the ecosystem structure and characteristics in this area were compared.The Ecopath models for the Chongming Island adjacent waters included 18 functional groups,such as organic detritus,plankton,crustaceans,and fish.The nutritional structure of the ecosystem of Chongming Island adjacent waters remained consistent between 2011-2015 and 2016-2020,with grazer food chains and detrital food chains being the main energy transfer pathways.The trophic structure of the ecosystem was roughly the same in two periods,with the highest trophic levels for demersal carnivorous fish at 4.37 and 4.31,respectively.The small benthos had the lowest ecotrophic efficiency(EE)in the ecosystem of two periods,and the highest EEs were for shrimps and crabs,respectively.The results of mixed trophic impact(MTI)analysis on the ecosystem of Chongming Island adjacent waters were similar in two periods.Most functional groups had positive effects on their predators and negative effects on their prey functional groups.The total system throughput(TST)in the ecosystem of Chongming Island adjacent waters in 2011-2015 was higher than that in 2016-2020,and the ecosystem scale decreased from 2 909.271 t·km-2·a-1 to 2 861.857 t·km-2·a-1.The TPP/TR value increased from 1.994 in 2011-2015 to 2.066 in 2016-2020,and both CI and SOI values decreased by 0.017 and 0.019 compared to those of 2011-2015.The MPL values for the ecosystem of Chongming Island adjacent waters in both periods were about 2.6,while the FCI value of 2016-2020 decreased by 0.496.Results show that the ecosystem in the adjacent waters of Chongming Island is still in an immature developmental stage.This study can provide data supplementation and technical support for the conservation and management of aquatic organisms in the ecosystem of Chongming Island adjacent waters.关键词
