贝莱斯芽孢杆菌LXS-N2的功能特性及抑菌机理
Functional Characteristics and Antibacterial Mechanism of Bacillus velezensis LXS-N2

Abstract
Bacillus velezensis LXS-N2 has good colonization in ginseng and has high inhibitory activ-ity against several pathogens.To give full play to the biocontrol effect of Bacillus velezensis,its func-tional characteristics and antibacterial mechanism were investigated.The functional characteristics of LXS-N2 strain were detected by various detection plates and plate confrontation tests.The inhibi-tory effects of strain LXS-N2 fermentation broth,sterile filtrate and mycelia were compared,and ul-trasonic cell disruption was employed to further examine the antibacterial characteristics of the bacte-ria.The results show that Bacillus velezensis LXS-N2 has the ability to produce proteases and cellu-lase;It also has the capacity for phosphate solubilization,potassium release,and IAA production.Ad-ditionally,it exhibits inhibitory effects on eight ginseng pathogenic fungi,including Pythium debarya-num,Rhizoctonia solani,Cylindrocarpon destructans,Colletotrichun panacicola,Botrytis cinerea,Al-ternaria panax,Fusarium solani and Fusarium oxysporum.The bacterial strain Bacillus velezensis LXS-N2 and its fermentation broth exhibit better antibacterial effects against Pythium debaryanum and Rhizoctonia solani than the sterile filtrate,and the cell disruption solution after filtration still shows good antibacterial activity against Pythium debaryanum,indicating that strain LXS-N2 has the ability to produce plant growth factors and cell wall-degrading enzymes,which can inhibit the growth of pathogens by disrupting their cell walls.It mainly exerts bacteriostatic effect through live bacteria.关键词
