Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum indopropionic acid(IPA)and homocysteine(Hcy)combined with 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]in hypertension complicated by cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 102 patients with hypertension in the Seventh Medical Center of the General Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected.According to the results of the head CT or MRI examination,41 patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction were included in the concurrent group,and 61 patients without hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction were included in the non-concurrent group.The clinical data of patients with hypertension were collected,the influencing factors for cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension were analyzed by Logistic regression,and the diagnostic value of IPA,Hcy,and 25(OH)D in patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction was analyzed by ROC curve.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that age,smoking history,systolic blood pressure,LDL-C,WBC,and Hcy levels in the complicated group were higher than those in the non-complicated group,while the levels of PLT,IPA,and 25(OH)D in the complicated group were lower than those in the non-complicated group(P<0.05).Age,smoking history,systolic blood pressure,LDL-C,WBC,IPA,Hcy,PLT,and 25(OH)D were the influencing factors for hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The AUC of the IPA,Hcy,and 25(OH)D combined diagnosis was 0.935,the 95%CI was 0.868-0.974,the sensitivity was 85.37%,and the specificity was 91.80%,which was better than the diagnostic value of each index alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IPA,Hcy,and 25(OH)D are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension,and the combined detection is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficiency of hypertension complicated with cerebral infarction.关键词
