An Investigation into Development Strategies for Low-Carbon Buildings in Northeast China Utilizing SWOT-AHP Methodology

Abstract
This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats(SWOT)associated with the development of low-carbon buildings in Northeast China.It employs a judgment matrix based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify the key factors influencing the development of low-carbon buildings in Northeast China and to evaluate the prioritization of various development strategies.The findings suggest that Northeast China may implement a SO growth strategy,which entails capitalizing on opportunities in new energy construction,utilizing regional advantages,systematically addressing existing weaknesses and external challenges,and ultimately achieving the dual objectives of sustainable development and high-quality construction for low-carbon buildings.关键词
