Abstract
The professional qualification examination for construction industry technicians serves as a crucial mechanism for talent selection and professional capability development within the industry, holding strategic significance for supporting high-quality development and transformation in the construction sector. This study systematically analyzes the diverse manifestations of safety risks associated with the examination, covering dimensions such as ambiguous institutional expressions, disordered process control, the spread of technical fraud, weak integrity supervision, and the diffusion of public opinion risks. It further conducts a causal analysis from perspectives including deviations in responsibility definition, limitations in social cognition, lagging management mechanisms, imbalances in interest-driven motivations, and insufficient legal sanctions.Based on this analysis, the paper proposes comprehensive governance pathways, including the establishment of a full-cycle risk prevention and control system, improvement of legal protection mechanisms, optimization of institutional design standards, upgrading of technical prevention measures, strengthening of professional team development, and enhancement of integrity supervision networks, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical paradigms for ensuring the safe operation of professional qualification examinations and maintaining fairness in talent selection within the industry.关键词
