Abstract
As the number of integrated investment and operation projects led by state-owned enterprises continues to increase,the core role of design management has become increasingly prominent.The paper reviews the design management models of such projects within state-owned enterprises,clarifying key pain points in project design management from both technical and managerial perspectives.By analyzing prominent issues during the advancement process in relation to project characteristics,the paper proposes strategies in three areas:design leadership,control of critical links,and construction of management systems,aiming to provide references for enhancing the design management level of integrated investment and operation projects.关键词
