Abstract
Design-led general contracting enterprises are characterized by their involvement in large-scale projects,significant resource input,and relatively limited profit margins.Presently,this business model is experiencing structural transformations,reflecting a broader industry trend of shifting from an incremental market to a contraction within the stock market.This transition presents dual challenges regarding the expansion scale and profitability of relevantenterprises.Following a comprehensive analysis,a cyclical closed-loop strategy is proposed.The fundamental concept of this strategy is to establish a closed loop between the initial and final stages through proactive management and enhanced engagement,thereby enabling the realization of economic benefits from this closed-loop system.关键词
