摘要
Abstract
Amidst the transformative wave of the burgeoning digital economy,the construction industry,as a pillar of the national economy,continues to face challenges in its digital transformation,including reliance on traditional experience,a relatively lagging digital process,and the need for overall development enhancement.Currently,construction enterprises remain in the exploratory phase of digital transformation,lacking systematic implementation pathways and mature practical experiences.The paper,grounded in the macro context of the flourishing digital economy,systematically analyzes the current state and core contradictions of digital transformation in construction enterprises,proposing a top-down systematic implementation framework to provide theoretical support and practical references for the digital transformation of construction enterprises.关键词
