摘要
Abstract
In light of the dual drivers provided by the digital economy and the "Digital China"initiative, the digital transformation of construction enterprises has emerged as a critical avenue for industry transformation and upgrading. This paper presents an empirical analysis of the current status of digital transformation within the construction industry, identifying key challenges such as the delayed onset of digitization, inadequate depth of application, and significant data silos. To address these industry challenges, this study proposes a comprehensive transformation framework that includes the establishment of a full lifecycle data asset system utilizing Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology, the application of IFC/COBie standards to dismantle cross-system data barriers, the integration of Internet of Things(IoT)and Artificial Intelligence(AI)visual technologies to facilitate intelligent construction, and the innovative use of digital twin technology to develop a smart operation and maintenance platform.Empirical evidence demonstrates that this pathway significantly improves project quality control, reduces operational costs, and shortens project timelines through a tri-dimensional collaboration of"technology, management, and business".This paper introduces a maturity evaluation model for the digital transformation of construction enterprises, highlighting the necessity of ensuring effective transformation through three dimensions:reform of organizational structure, development of interdisciplinary talent, and construction of an ecosystem.Empirical studies conducted within enterprises confirm that this transformation pathway can enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises, thereby offering a replicable digital transformation framework for the high-quality advancement of the construction industry.关键词
