Abstract

In the context of digital intelligence,the management of human resources within survey and design enterprises is experiencing a profound integration of"carbon-based"and"silicon-based"entities.Huahui Group fosters collaboration between humans and machines through cognitive advancements and transformative initiatives.At the cognitive level,the focus is on evolving the composition of human resources from a solely"carbon-based"framework to a hybrid model of"carbon-based+silicon-based",while addressing the challenges and opportunities associated with talent differentiation.At the operational level,the organization systematically promotes the application and widespread adoption of AI tools through five fundamental initiatives:Strategic planning,cultural development,organizational innovation,the establishment of digital intelligence platforms,and talent training.By employing top-level design,incentive structures,low-code platform development,and tiered training programs,Huahui Group establishes a collaborative framework wherein"silicon-based"entities execute standardized processes,allowing"carbon-based"individuals to concentrate on innovation and management.This approach offers practical insights for enterprises seeking to reduce costs,enhance efficiency,and upgrade their structural capabilities,thereby enabling the industry to align with the evolving landscape of digital intelligence.
