Abstract
In an environment characterized by heightened industry competition and a contracting market,private survey and design enterprises encounter significant challenges,including technological convergence,talent shortage,and the substantial costs associated with digital transformation.This paper advocates for a transformative approach through digital intelligence,aimed at reconstructing the core competitiveness of these enterprises across market engagement,production processes,and organizational management.This approach is tailored to the unique attributes of private enterprises,which are often"flexible yet resource-constrained."Empirical evidence suggests that through the in-depth integration of technology and business practices,enterprises can swiftly enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs in the short term.Meanwhile,by focusing on the reconstruction of service models and the strategic accumulation of data assets,these enterprises can progressively develop an innovation ecosystem that covers the entire value chain,which finally facilitates the overcoming of developmental obstacles and the establishment of sustainable competitive advantages.关键词
