猪肉组织的电阻抗响应特性研究
Characterisation of the electrical impedance response of pork tissue
摘要
Abstract
In order to research the impedance response characteristic law of pork tissue with different bioelectrical im-pedance detection conditions,the experiment was carried out with pork as the object.Different excitation current ampli-tude and excitation signal frequency were used for the impedance measurement,and the size of the excitation current am-plitude as well as the excitation signal frequency were selected to determine the impedance measurement conditions of pork and to establish the prediction model of fat content.The results showed that among the three excitation current ampli-tudes of 1,3 and 5 mA,the stability of the impedance response of the pork tissue obtained by the stronger excitation cur-rent was better;in the frequency interval of 0-400 kHz,the stability of the impedance response showed a trend of de-creasing and then increasing as the frequency of the excitation signal increased.When the excitation current amplitude was 5 mA and the frequency of the excitation signal was 50 kHz,the pork impedance information with better stability can be obtained,and the impedance value and phase angle were significantly correlated with the fat content(P<0.01).In con-clusion,the fat content of pork tissues can be accurately measured using bioelectrical impedance technology,which can be used to predict the fat content of pork and provide technical support for intelligent body composition detection.关键词
