摘要

Abstract

Wire-arc Additive Manufacturing(WAAM)technology has received more and more attention in contemporary manufacturing due to its advantages in the economical production of large metal components with high deposition rates.High-strength aluminum-copper alloys are widely used in the aerospace,military,and automotive industries due to their high specific strength and excellent processing capabilities.WAAM provides an effective method for the production of large,high-strength aluminum-copper alloy components,and the field is rapidly evolving.In this paper,the research progress of WAAM high-strength aluminum-copper alloy in terms of microstructure and properties,defects and post-treatment is reviewed.The results are positive in terms of the microstructure and mechanical properties of WAAM's high-strength aluminum-copper alloys.Finally,on the basis of previous research,this paper summarizes the development prospects of WAAM high-strength aluminum-copper alloys.
