不同生长状态下国槐根际微生物群落结构的差异性研究
Investigation of the differences in rhizosphere microbial community across diverse growth states of sophora japonica

Abstract
With regard to the recent surge of mortality rate of ornamental Sophora japonicas planted in Li-aocheng city,the soil physiochemical properties and microbial community composition in rhizosphere soils of S.japonica were analyzed,thereby revealing the correlation between the growth status of S.japonica and the soil environment.The results showed that all the rhizosphere soil samples across diverse growth states of S.japonica contained medium to high levels of organic substances,total nitrogen,total phos-phorus,and total potassium,with a notable abundance of available potassium.Conversely,water-soluble nitrogen and available phosphorus were at medium to low levels.In terms of microbial communities,the rhizosphere soil of dead S.japonica possessed significantly higher bacterial species diversity and richness but lower fungal species diversity and richness in comparison with those of weakened and healthy growing S.japonica.Additionally,the rhizosphere soil of dead S.japonica exhibited greater relative abundances of saprophytic genera,such as Agaricus and Peziza,as well as Fusarium responsible for root rot.In con-trast,the rhizosphere soil of healthy S.japonica showed stronger presence of the bio-stimulating fungus Mortierella genera.The research results are expected to provide important theoretical guidance for the cultivation and management of Sophora japonica.关键词
