解淀粉芽孢杆菌9-2防控黄瓜枯萎病及其诱导系统抗性研究
Study on the control of cucumber fusarium wilt and its induced resistance by bacillus amyloliquefaciens 9-2

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the control efficency and main mechanism of Bacillus amyloliquefaciae 9-2 against Fusarium wilt in cucumber.[Methods]Plate confrontation test and pot experiment were used to evaluate the effects of the 9-2 application on the pathogen mycelial morphology,activity of defense en-zymes in leaves and malondialdehyde content,and the disease index of cucumber Fusarium wilt.[Results]B.amyloliquefaciens 9-2 could significantly suppress the mycelium growth of F.oxysporum,and the mycelium around the inhibition zone showed uneven thickness,swelling,and breakage.The pot experi-ment showed that B.amyloliquefaciens 9-2 achieve the disease control efficiency against cucumber Fusar-ium wilt,reaching 69.11%.The plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight,dry weight of cucumber seedlings in 9-2 treatment were enhanced by 16.46%,6.37%,11.09%and 12.00%compared to control treatment,respectively.In addition,9-2 appliciation increased the activities of phenylalanine amylase,polyphenol oxidase,peroxidase and catalase,and decreased the content of malondialdehyde in cucumber leaves,the increase in the activity of the four defensive enzymes was more pronounced following pathogen inoculation.[Conclusion]B.amyloliquefaciens 9-2 can suppress the pathogen growth and induce disease resistance of cucumber,effectively controlling cucumber Fusarium wilt.关键词
