摘要
Abstract
Acne is a multifactorial chronic inflammatory skin disease and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Various receptors have been found to be associated with acne pathogene-sis.Inhibitors targeting these receptors can be used for acne treatment.For example,antihista-mines reduce the release of inflammatory mediators and squalene in sebocytes,thereby preventing scarring.Androgen receptor antagonists suppress the production of downstream inflammatory fac-tors and decrease sebum secretion.Downregulating Toll-like receptors(TLRs)inhibits inflamma-tion and immune responses.This paper reviews the role of receptors involved in inflammatory re-sponses and sebum secretion in acne.关键词
