Quantitative Evaluation of the Policy Texts of Science and Technology Correspondent in China—Based on the PMC Index Model
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Scientific evaluation of the quality of the policy of science and technology correspondent is of key significance for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and the promotion of China's agricultural modernization.[Research method]The article combines text mining technology to quantitatively evaluate the central and local policy texts related to science and technology correspondent with the help of PMC index model.[Research conclusion]The study finds that the overall situation of China's policy of science and technology correspondent is good,but there are still the following shortcomings:insufficient overall balance,lack of dynamic adaptation,weak implementation and supervision,insufficient publicity and training,and poor collaborative system,etc.To this end,it should optimize the overall synergy and balanced allocation of policies,build a dynamic adjustment and response mechanism,strengthen the effectiveness of policy implementation and full-process supervision,improve the policy dissemination system and training and empowerment mechanism,strengthening the cross-domain synergy and systematic integration effectiveness of policies.关键词
