Abstract
[Research purpose]In the context of the digital intelligence era,examining the tangible challenges,inherent opportunities,and necessary development for the construction of China's international discourse power in light of its present reality,and analyzing the paradigm shift required for China's international discourse power to be built under the backdrop of the digital technology revolution,is of immense significance for breaking through the Western discourse hegemony and building a new international discourse system for China.[Research method]Based on the three-dimensional analytical framework of actuality,necessity,and contingency,and applying interdisciplinary research methodology,combined with case studies and normative research,the study reveals the evolutionary logic and practical approach to the construction of China's international discourse power in the age of digital intelligence.[Research conclusion]At the level of real challenges,there are real risks in the field of international discourse power,such as the deepening of the digital divide,the"hollowing out"of ideology,and the"information cocoon",and some of China's technologies are still subject to constraints in the process of gradual breakthroughs through technological empowerment.At the level of inevitable opportunities,practical foundation,historical dialectics and the unique advantages of China's road together outline the inevitable direction of China's international discourse power construction in the age of digital intelligence.At the level of normative development,it is necessary to firmly establish a value coordinate centered on people and fairness,transforming institutional advantages into discourse advantages,and promoting the exchange and mutual learning of diverse civilizations through the methodology of civil dialogue,thereby advancing the construction of China's international discourse power with a three-dimensional synergy.关键词
