摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]China's science communication sector is transitioning from traditional knowledge dissemination to a new paradigm focused on fostering innovation talent. This strategic shift responds to the democratization of knowledge production, addressing problems in the popular science communication-education-talent pipeline, and facilitating the evolution from demographic advantages to innovation-driven growth.[Research method]To enable this transformation,a multidimensional framework integrating theoretical foundations from science communication, social constructivism, and innovation diffusion has been developed. This framework examines three critical dimensions:value creation, institutional mechanisms, and ecosystem development. The proposed implementation model features a dual-circulation system with three progressive talent development tiers, supported by a four-dimensional collaborative approach.[Research conclusion]The resulting ecosystem combines vertical integration of talent cultivation pathways with horizontal coordination across research, industry, popular science communication, and education sectors. This comprehensive structure provides robust support for innovation talent development at all stages.Successful implementation requires establishing three foundational pillars, namely, supportive policy frameworks,multi-stakeholder engagement mechanisms, and technology-enabled platforms. These elements form an integrated system to effectively advance China's popular science communication innovation agenda.关键词
