On the Construction of Education System for Cultivating Both Virtues and Skills in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,it is particularly important to build a vocational education talent cultivation system that emphasizes the cultivation of both virtues and skills to meet the new demands of economic and social development.In the practice of vocational education,there are numerous problems in the education system,which not only affect the achievement of educational goals but also constrain the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.The education department should explore and build a new talent cultivation system that emphasizes the cultivation of both virtues and skills and meets the requirements of the new era by means of improving policies and regulations,optimizing curriculum settings,strengthening the development of teaching staff,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and perfecting evaluation and incentive mechanisms.关键词
