Study on the Path of Cultivating High-Quality On-Site Engineers in Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of high-quality on-site engineers in higher vocational colleges needs to be based on industry development requirements and the professional qualities that on-site engineers should possess.To this end,we collaborate with enterprises to jointly build advanced technology training rooms,and implement on-site teaching of professional courses in enterprises;carry out innovation and entrepreneurship projects in the teaching process and organize students to participate in various skills competitions;help students obtain professional certificates through joint training by schools and enterprises.The paper also discusses such aspects as on-site recording of production videos of relevant enterprises and taking photos,in order to cultivate students'ability to solve practical on-site problems,providing a feasible path for the cultivation of high-quality on-site engineers in the future.关键词
