Construction and Diagnosis and Improvement of the Internal Teaching Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the construction of the teaching quality assurance system and the optimization strategies of diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges.Taking Liaoning Geology Engineering Vocational College as the research object,an in-depth analysis was conducted on its teaching quality assurance system.Aiming at the problems such as poor departmental collaboration,ambiguous target system,and delay in quality dynamic monitoring,optimization strategies such as improving the organizational guarantee system,constructing a five-vertical linkage system of"college-major-course-teacher-student",setting goals at different levels,and strengthening the early warning function are proposed,and a systematic plan of quality diagnosis and improvement has been formed.关键词
