调控PRRSV复制的功能性长链非编码RNA的筛选与鉴定
Screening and identification of functional long non-coding RNAs regulating porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus replication

Abstract
To screen host long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)capable of regulating porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)replication,the study collected samples from PRRSV-infected Marc-145 cells at 24 h and 48 h post-infection.Whole-transcriptome sequencing analysis was performed using the BGI second-generation sequencing platform to identify significantly altered lncRNA candidate molecules following viral infection.After initial validation,LTCONS_00092659(designated as NRPL)was selected for functional investigation.Knockdown and overexpression approaches were employed to examine NRPL's impact on PRRSV replication.Results demonstrated that NRPL knockdown significantly inhibited PRRSV replication,whereas NRPL overexpression markedly promoted viral replication.This study reveals that lncRNA-NRPL critically facilitates PRRSV infection,suggesting its potential as a novel host target for developing anti-PRRSV therapies.These findings provide a promising therapeutic target for controlling Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome.关键词
