日粮中添加鸡血藤提取物对灵山麻鸡雏鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响
Effect of adding Spatholobus suberectus extract in diet on the growth performance and immune function of Lingshan ma chicks

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with Spatholobus suberectus extract on the growth performance and immune function of Lingshan ma chicks.A total of 192 one-day-old Lingshan ma chicks were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates per group and six chickens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while groups A,B,and C were supplemented with 0.25%,0.50%,and 1.00%Spatholobus suberectus extract in the basal diet,respectively.The trial lasted 42 days.Results showed that compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily feed intake,and average daily gain of chickens in Groups B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio in Group C was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The spleen index of chickens in Group B at 42 days of age and in Group C at 21 days of age was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the bursa of Fabricius index of chickens in Group C at 21 days of age was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,serum Newcastle disease antibody levels in all test groups at 21 and 42 days of age were slightly elevated but not significantly(P>0.05).At 21 days of age,serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in all test groups was extremely higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).At 42 days of age,serum IgA content in Groups B and C were also extremely higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)content in all test groups at both 21 and 42 days of age was extremely higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The study indicates that dietary supplementation with Spatholobus suberectus extract can significantly improve the growth performance and immune function of Lingshan ma chicks,with the optimal effect observed at a 1.00%inclusion level.关键词
