摘要

Abstract

Titanium alloys have been widely investigated as implants for bone repair due to their good bio-compatibility,low toxicity and excellent mechanical properties in biomedicine.Additive manufacturing technology enables the customization of products with high precision,allowing for the fabrication of bone repair implant parts to be manufactured according to the specific needs of individual patients.In this re-view,the microstructure regulation and surface modification of additive manufacturing titanium alloys were reviewed.In the microstructure control section,the effect of additive manufacturing technology on the microstructure of three titanium alloys of α,β and α+β types,and its research progress were dis-cussed.It is considered that the different surface properties of the materials would affect the biological re-action characteristics of later implants,the latest progress of surface modification technologies such as mi-cro-arc oxidation,anodizing,electrophoretic deposition,hydrothermal synthesis and layer self-assembly were further analyzed.Finally,the development trend of additive manufacturing of biomedical titanium al-loys was summarized.
