摘要
Abstract
Based on the strategic deployment in China Maps Out an Outline to Boost Its Quality Strength regarding the improvement of the system for plant project management and supervision,this paper constructs a"three-dimensional"professional development system for engineers for plant project management and supervision,designs a"four-stage"professional competency enhancement pathway,forming a"progression-expansion"two-dimensional development model.It provides a systematic solution with both theoretical support and practical paradigms for the construction of a talent echelon in the field of plant project management and supervision.It holds significant practical implications for promoting the high-quality development of plant project management and supervision.关键词
