Abstract
In this paper,an overall plan of an intelligent inspection robot including a measurement device,a mobile platform,a communication network and a host computer control system is designed to meet the temperature measurement and inspection requirements of the rectifying and filtering device of the power system of an electrolytic aluminum factory.In view of the special environment of the electrolytic aluminum factory,problems such as substandard positioning accuracy of AGVs,blurred image quality of PTZ,and shortened switch life have been solved.Through anti-magnetic verification,repeated positioning accuracy verification and inspection application verification,it is proved that the intelligent inspection robot can stably measure temperature and clearly image in a strong magnetic field environment,and replace manual inspection,improving the reliability and safety of inspection.关键词
