摘要
Abstract
Taking the electric power steering system(EPS)of the 2019 BYD E5 as the research object,research on EPS faults and diagnosis was carried out.Firstly,the working principle of EPS and the functions of its components were introduced.Secondly,factors affecting the abnormal operation of EPS,such as motor faults,ECU faults,and battery faults were analyzed.The possible causes of faults in each component were listed,and their fault detection methods were explored.A fault tree and a fault diagnosis flowchart were established to conduct a fault analysis of the EPS system.Then,the design of the fault diagnosis process for the EPS of pure electric vehicles was formed,providing a reference for the EPS fault diagnosis of new-energy vehicles.关键词
