Abstract
The application of simulation modeling in project execution plays a crucial role in analyzing,optimizing,and improving engineering solutions.This approach effectively addresses potential issues in actual projects while reducing resource waste and enhancing optimization efficiency.Taking a certain enterprise's DC300 dual-clutch assembly line as the research object,combined with the assembly process flow,the assembly line simulation model was built by using the simulation software Plant Simulation,and the simulation of the assembly line operation process was carried out.Through the analysis and evaluation of relevant data such as the production line takt time and equipment utilization rate,the bottleneck workstations of the production line were found out.Through the adjustment of the process structure,the optimization and improvement of the production line takt time were achieved,and the production requirement indicators were met.At the same time,multiple groups of simulation experiments were conducted,and the optimization of the number of pallets was completed.关键词
