SST中辅助电源变压器的绝缘结构设计

Abstract
With the improvement of voltage levels,the insulation problems of auxiliary power transformers used for independent power supply in Solid State Transformers(SSTs)have become increasingly prominent.If the insulation is not properly designed,serious partial discharges will be caused,resulting in insulation aging failure and affecting the normal operation of electrical equipment.To this end,the author have proposed a technical solution using a combination of metal shielded insulated wires and magnetic rings in the band.It can not only homogenize the electric field distribution and increase the level of partial discharge,but also reduce the volume occupied by the transformer and improve the power density of the system.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the proposed auxiliary power transformer and the existing primary auxiliary power transformer in terms of electric field distribution and volume occupation,the proposed scheme has been verified in terms of optimizing the electric field distribution(reducing the maximum electric field value by 65%)and reducing the transformer volume(saving the occupied space and volume by about 1/3).关键词
