Abstract
Quality and safety monitoring technology is the core support for machinery manufacturing enterprises to realize production optimization.Based on this technology,this paper builds a real-time monitoring system by integrating sensor network,edge computing and intelligent algorithm.The hardware architecture design strengthens the anti-interference ability and data collection accuracy,and the software platform integrates multi-source data analysis and deep learning model to realize defect identification and decision-making automation.The technology application covers spectral analysis,vibration monitoring and machine vision detection,forming a quality traceability system and risk warning mechanism,significantly improving the reliability of the manufacturing process and the qualified rate of products.关键词
