摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the stcking for drilling rig during coal mine drilling operation,an interlocking anti-sticking electro-hydraulic control method was proposed according to the structure and working principle of coal mine drilling rigs.By employing a sequence valve for the rotary motor and the feeding cylinder of the drilling rig,respectively,the control oil pressure of the two sequence valves was equal to each other's inlet oil pressure,thus an interlocking anti-sticking method was established.Furthermore,the anti-sticking electro-hydraulic circuit was simulated by AMESim,and the oil inlet pressures of the rotary motor and the feed cylinder under different sticking threshold conditions were obtained.The experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively control the rotation and feeding motion of the drilling rig and avoid drilling accidents,thus the safety and production efficiency was improved.
